Let me say now that I'm a Type A Control Everything person. I had some anxiety when we didn't have a scheduled pickup, spoke with Wade who explained again the process with Central Dispatch. We waited and sure enough, had a carrier assigned. They picked up, actually arrived earlier than planned and were able to drop the car at the hotel. Such a nice fellow, spoke with his manager when I had trouble with the payment. Now that I have done it once, I would 1000% do it again and highly recommend the service. YOU ROCK!!!
