It was an excellent experience. Wade is extremely friendly and helpful. Every step was clear and went exactly as described. Communication with the company was very easy and the company sent emails regularly with info and updates. The car bid was picked up very quickly and the price was very reasonable. The shipper did everything as planned and was extremely careful and thorough with the car at pick up and drop off with no issues. The driver came to the meet up at exactly the time he gave and was easy to reach by phone if needed. The driver was very nice and took the time to walk around the car with me before I signed for the car. It was such an easy, quick and transparent process. The company gave clear info and a contact in case there were any issues, but there were none. I have shipped cars before with other companies and this was by far the best experience I have had. My family member at the pick up was also very impressed with the driver’s professionalism and care. So I know it was not just me. I am critical by nature and if I had any constructive criticism I would share it. But everything went perfectly.
