You own something that, if lost, has the potential to create a huge financial burden for you coupled with an agonizing amount of chaos in your life. It is not easy to place that in someone else's hands, out of sight but never out mind, especially when that item is new. I mean that items is less than 2 months in your ownership. That is what happened with me. My employment situation changed shortly after purchasing a new car. Fortunately, a family had recently used Ship-A-Car-Direct. Her success with the company let me to them. Here is the level of confidence they have. What other company would say to you, and I'm paraphrasing here 'since you have a bit of time left before your selected due date for arrival, I suggest you call back at (such and such time) because the shipping rates would be cheaper'? An average company would be concerned about losing a customer, but S.A.C.D. started off by trying to save me money. That was impressive. Additionally, I had an expected due date when I needed my vehicle. Although it was difficult to locate a carrier, S.A.C.D. found someone who successfully moved my newly purchased vehicle from the west coast to the east coast in just 3 days. Both S.A.C.D. and the carrier remained in constant contact with me from pickup through delivery. The service was amazing and definitely made me feel comfortable. Again, I just bought the vehicle, so peace of mind was key. I would definitely recommend Ship A Car Direct to anyone, and if I have to relocate a vehicle again, this is the only company on my list.
