The service itself was very good and they were very quick to answer my questions. The reason why I gave 4/5 stars is because they were not transparent about their process and how the pick up and delivery services work. I had to contact them multiple times to figure out scheduling as we were moving across the country. Once my car was picked up the process was very smooth and my car had no damage.
