This is the first time I used Ship A Car Direct and I’m very satisfied with their service. I will definitely use them again. The booking process is straightforward. Their website has all the info you need, so I recommend everyone to check out their FAQ section and short videos. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. When my contractor didn’t contact me on the estimated pickup date, I was able to get hold of a customer rep very quickly and the issue was resolved. I also want to give a shout out to Alpha & Omega Transport, the contractor that shipped my car. Although they didn’t pick up my car on the first estimated pickup date, they did pick up the car within my time frame. Their delivery was very quick, and the car was in the exact same condition as when it was handed over. So I’m very happy with the company.
