I did a fair amount of research on companies that shipped vehicles before deciding to use this one. Prior to pickup, there was excellent communication about the progress being made to locate an appropriate carrier.. Phone numbers and emails were provided along with the names of contact personnel who were always quick to respond. Once the carrier was assigned, clear communication with me was maintained and I felt at ease about the arrangements. The carrier contacted me to advise of his location and when I might expect delivery. Photographs were taken at the point of pickup.
