Customer service was always available and answered all of my questions without fail. They found me a good transporter that kept to the schedule.
Be prepared to wash your car really good when it gets delivered if on a open transport.
Only negative I can say is that it would be nice if there was a update phone call on location of the vehicle every 3-5 days so I could have better planned the pick up.
