I was initially wary about shipping my car, but after doing the research I went with Ship a Car Direct. They kept in weekly contact with me while I waited for my availability date and gave me more information about the process while also remaining available for me to contact them if I had questions. Out of their competitors they seemed the most above board. The only problems I had with the experience is that I had difficulties while in contact with the transport company they hired. They were difficult to get in contact with, and I had issues making sure that I was communicating the drop-off details with the right person and had to hope that they got in contact with the truck driver. Because of the communication difficulties I didn’t know that my driver couldn’t get the car to the designated drop off point until I contacted them. Just added a small headache to an otherwise simple process
