Great service for transporting car

I contacted Ship-A-Car Direct to have my car transported between two states. I started the request online for the basic information, and I received an e-mail from a broker to confirm. After speaking to the broker, Scott, to clarify any information that was unclear, he kept in touch with me until my transportation request was assigned to a carrier. Once assigned, the carrier took over in communication and told me when and whom would call to pick up. The transportation driver called me and lined up an approximate time for his arrival. He called when he arrived, and I met him to go over the condition of the car and to discuss date and time of delivery of the vehicle. Clarification of final payment was also discussed. Driver called on the date of delivery and provided an approximate time to meet. I met with driver and provided final payment and received my car. Driver was very friendly and helpful, as he even filled one of my car's tires with air as it appeared a bit flat. The entire process was easy, though I was a bit nervous as I had never shipped a car before. Should I need to ship a car again, I would definitely contact Ship-A-Car Direct first!
