Ship A car direct and Igor Trucking provided excellent service. John was very prompt in replying to my questions. The SUV was picked up and delivered on time as promised. Only blemish in the entire process was that the price quoted originally jumped by more than 20% when a carrier was assigned which eliminated the cost advantage that I saw before signing on with Ship A Car Direct.
The driver and the coordinator from Igor was very helpful and they arranged the pick up an delivery as close as possible. Communication by text or phone call was limited to pick up and delivery and update request was ignored.
Overall, I had a good experience with Ship A Car Direct and would recommend them.
