I read CarTalk's description of the process and then zillions of Yelp reviews of various shipping companies and to understand how shipping a car works. Most shipping companies are brokers who contract with a carrier to move a vehicle. Ship A Car Direct (SACD) was professional and upfront about the process and the carrier was on time and courteous. I could not ask for more. In addition, the videos on SACD's website are very helpful. I would use Ship A Car again. Thanks, Bruce
