We recently had them ship one of our cars from Denver to Phoenix as we were moving and could only drive one vehicle ourselves plus a moving truck. The company provided a ton of up front communication about the process which I found to be very helpful. I did get a little nervous about the exact date they would be picking up and delivering because they wait until just before it's needed to secure the contractor that will do the actual moving. However, I trusted the process and they continued to be very helpful, picked up the car on the first available day we offered. The contractor in Denver was very friendly, the only thing we didn't love was the extra 50 dollars to the charges they sprung on us because it was "very busy" and "lots of cars weren't getting pick up's" so they needed more money. Ultimately we felt it was still a reasonable price so we did it (plus had no other option so late in the game). In the end they delivered it to our new residence a day early, no damages, and communicated appropriately (maybe even abundantly!) throughout the process. Would definitely use them again!
