Everyone I dealt with was helpful. If David could not answer when I called, he returned my call ASAP. He was always able to address my questions/concerns. I was surprised that the vehicle could be delivered overnight! That's better than the Post Office. The driver called me and was very flexible when making the pick-up. He was on time for the pickup. I had envisioned an ""18-wheeler", but he had a smaller rig that could actually get into a neighborhood with narrow streets, on both the pick-up and delivery ends. Excellent job all around.
