Bryan Howell Submitted this review about I had to make a short notice decision to ship my car from DC to Florida. I got several quotes and picked Ship a Car Direct mostly because of the reviews. The high reviews, it turned out, were justified. From the start Lauren was fantastic, explained the process, kept me fully informed. Once they received a quote it was immediately conveyed to me, and Lauren admitted that it was a bit high, but explained that due to COVID the number of available drivers was limited. It was all resolved satisfactorily, 2 days later my car was picked up, 2 days later it was delivered directly onto my driveway, in perfect condition. Communication was great, assistance was great. Overall the entire experience was friendly and professional. A great experience and I highly recommend, or would use them again myself.
