I was very happy with the service and communication. The dispatcher was informed me of my delivery time and pick up.The driver called ahead of the delivery to inform me where he was at and what time he would arrive. The car showed up at my home and it was in perfect shape. Pricing was competitive with other brokers, no hidden costs and included the sales tax. I would recommend Ship a Car Direct to friends and family in the event they needed a car transport company.
