The overall experience was pleasant. John helped me find a carrier with short notice which I appreciated. They offered to pick up my car with a short notice, but did ask for extra money before doing so. I dropped off my car to them and they took the necessary pictures. My car was delivered around six days later. Nothing was missing but the car had a rather large scratch on the underside that I didn't notice until later. The man who dropped off my car was very nice.
