The driver seemed to know what he was doing. Pickup and dropoff locations were mutually convenient. The only downsides were the many, many emails received. The car was not picked up very quickly, but we had been warned about that. Price was relatively high but compared well to other quotes received, even with a slight bump once the car was actually picked up.
