My experience with Ship a Car Direct was good. I used them to ship my classic vehicle from Colorado to Austin, Texas. The vehicle arrived ahead of schedule with no damage. The driver was friendly and easy to work with. Ship a Car Direct leverages technology to keep you informed through the process. There were a few miscommunications after the vehicle was picked up between the driver and their system (i.e. the automated emails started giving me a later arrival date) but I believe that's because they're having to work with drivers that are independent contractors. Overall, they were very proactive and have some good tools online to help with the process. This is the first time I've used a vehicle shipment company and I would use them again.
