We shipped two cars from OH to CA in the height of busy summer season. Communication was easy with no pushy sales. Jennifer detailed the process and explained how our bid may be affected around the holiday season and with 1 vs. 2 cars. Overall it was a good process, but some areas of improvement were that the original bid I was quoted was raised b/c the market had changed and also after the carrier was assigned, I did not have any follow-up from the broker but overall our cars arrived safely and in 4 days (record time!) Would go with the company again simply because I know what to expect and fairly seamless for what it is.
