This was my first time every shipping a car, and it was a great experience! My car ever got delivered 4 days in advance! And it literally was from door to door. I have to admit that I was a bit panicky without hearing back from a transporter until the week of, but I think that is how these types of services usually operate. Even in my nervousness about it, Scott was attentive with emails and updates. My car was able picked up on the third day of the window and delivered 6 days later, which was, as I mentioned, 4 days ahead of schedule. The transporter also seemed very calm and competent--even to the point of backing up a huge truck down a tiny street--which gave me assurance that he knew what he was doing. Altogether, ship-a-car direct was a great company to use and I have already recommended it to friends.
