Ship a Car Direct did a great job of explaining their role and educating me in the shipping process. Their customer service process is a strength, with several employees sending e-mails to guide me through the experience (first time for me). I live in a small town in Tennessee and I had a car shipped from a dealer in a small town in Mississippi. This, plus the timing (just before a holiday), seems to have made it difficult to find a carrier who would ship for the estimated cost. In the end, the carrier cost doubled before Ship a Car could find a pre-qualified carrier. Ship a Car contributed ALL of their broker fee to help offset the increase versus the estimate. In the end, I was pleased with the transport service and could only be pleased with the way Ship a Car helped make it happen. Should I ever need such services again, I will return to them.
