After very disappointing service with another transport company, Jennifer, at Ship A Car Direct, arranged our car transport from CA to TX quickly and efficiently. The car was picked up within a day, we were fortunate that a carrier was available, delivered in 3 days, and in perfect condition. The communication during the entire process was wonderful.
