I’ve never shipped a vehicle before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had quotes from a few others, had phone conversations and it just didn’t feel right. I contributed to search and liked the damage free guarantee from Ship A Car Direct. I got an online quote and a follow up email from Renae. It said I could call with questions so I did. It was my first normal conversation with someone from a shipping company that literally wasn’t a fast talker. She explained the process and left me feeling much better. The process went just as she had explained. The driver was great and very thorough in inspecting the vehicle at pickup and delivery. I would definitely use them again.
