This company and Christina in particular were top notch. I had contracted to ship my car with another company and was deeply frustrated after trying to get it shipped for 2 weeks. I called Christina and lucked out by getting my car picked up the same day. That may have been unusual, but Christina had already made me feel much better about the process from the beginning. She explained why shipping was a challenge right now and answered all of my questions knowledgeably. I called back a couple of times before canceling my contract with the other company, and always got her on the line rather than a different person at a random phone bank every time! Then I had great follow up and service all along the way!
