Initially I had been called by coordinator about uncertainty about getting a car in my time frame. Just to be aware when you book it is non-binding. My trip was cross country from California to North Carolina. So I had initially felt pretty stressed. However they were able to find a car in time. Overall I have to say I really appreciated the carrier that was hired and the driver. It was raining when my car was delivered and he drove the car from the carrier vehicle and then walked in the rain back to his vehicle. Overall good result. Thank you.
