I picked Ship A Car Direct over the dozens of brokers who contacted me because they clearly described the process, sold their services not just their price, and gave the customer more control over the process than any other broker. My decision to go with Ship A Car direct was validated in every respect. I was kept informed of each step as we went from contract to shipping company selection to pick up and delivery dates. No surprises or mystery gaps in the process I constantly had a point of contact to answer questions. The carrier was on time at both pick up and delivery and contacted my agents at both ends in a timely manner well before arrival and the car arrived in perfect shape. This is the third vehicle I have had shipped, first time with Ship A Car Direct, and the best experience by far. Really a first class operation and totally customer focused.
