Christine at Ship-a-car direct was absolutely AMAZING with her follow through ( and yes a bit of hand holding as I tend to get antsy when I am NOT in full control. And shipping a vehicle leaves the customer completely vulnerable!) Never-the less the car was picked up ON TIME and delivered ON TIME!!! with NO LAST MINUTE SURPRISES!
What a great experience!
