This is my 3rd time using this company to ship my car. I have worked with John all 3 times and he is great. I have always been happy with their customer service. Emails are answered promptly and phone calls are returned. I had an issue communicating with the transport company, however, John was able to relay my questions and concerns to them. Although this was not my first time, I still had many small questions and concerns, which they gladly helped me with. The transport company I was assigned was good, not great, but I ended up getting an enclosed carrier without having to pay extra, so my experience in the end was GREAT!
