Had my vehicle shipped from Georgia to California and it was a great experience, aside from the pick-up of my vehicle - which was mostly the fault of the carrier not confirming the pick up date and time. Unfortunately, I had to scramble to find someone to hand off my car keys, since I the pick up date was after my departure date. It did not help that the carrier moved the pick up date and location, further inconveniencing my friend that had offered to hand off my car keys on my behalf. My friend wasn't upset, but I felt bad for inconveniencing her and her boyfriend more than I already had. If the carrier hadn't been delayed in driving across the country, there would be no reason to involve her to begin with. Fortunately, the rep at Ship a Car Direct was very responsive and manage the situation. He handled my frustration in a professional manner. If not for his service, I would had rated the experience 1 star.
