We shipped a car from Fort Myers, FL to Dallas, TX and the entire process from start to finish was very smooth. Starting with the first phone call the service was explained clearly and simply and our experience was that they delivered exactly what was promised. After placing the order with Ship a Car Direct, I was contacted that day by the transport company and a pickup was scheduled for the next morning. The truck driver was professional and showed up on time to the minute. Our car was delivered promptly, almost faster than we could have driven it ourselves. The driver communicated well in coordinating the drop-off and again was very professional. I would not hesitate to use their services again.
