Ship a car direct were very quick with their quote and assigning a Car hauling company. Their fee was standard and comparable to other brokers in the industry but their service has good coverage and customer friendly. Firstly, they didn't bombard me with any calls and when i chose to move forward with them, they assigned a carrier who picked up the vehicle on the date promised and dropped it off a day later than estimated. The drop off dates are always an estimate so one day delay is also a standard in car hauling. Their damage free app helped to make sure car is picked and dropped in same condition. The carrier assigned to me was RF Transportation Inc. I would strongly recommend to choose Ship a car direct for faster customer service, good damage coverage within industry standard broker fee
