From my initial contact until well after the final delivery, there was someone at ShipaCarDirect ready to answer my questions and ensure my vehicle's safe transport. First, I was given all the details of the process up front with the quote from a super-nice agent who knew everything about the process and was very confidence inspiring. Then, the transport driver was extremely courteous and flexible on the time and place of both the pick-up and the drop-off. There is a 24-hour service number, text, and e-mail if you happen to need it, and it works: I discovered on the night before the scheduled pick-up that I was going to be tied up at work all day on the pick-up day, and therefore needed to make a time change. The 24-hour service folks took care of it. They alerted the transport driver, and he re-ordered his pick-ups that day to accommodate me. Once we did meet, I got a departure receipt from him ("bill of lading") when he inspected and loaded the vehicle. Same thing upon arrival at the other end a couple of days later: a convenient time and place for a family member to receive the vehicle, and an arrival BOL. Everything went so smoothly that I can honestly say that I would recommend ShipaCarDirect to anyone. It was a First-Class process every step of the way.
