Placing the order was very simple on the Ship a Car Direct website. The carrier company called me several days before the estimated pick up date; they told me that they would not be able to pick up the vehicle on the estimated date but 3 days after. I set aside a date range to be available so this was not an issue for me. Planning for a potential missed estimated pick update is important. The carrier called me again a day before the pick up date, and they called several times on the day of so that I was aware of how far they were from me. The car was loaded up carefully, no issues there. They also called me several times before the delivery date so I was aware of how far away they were as well. Car was delivered in excellent condition minus being dirty. Who could blame them? They drive 2.800 miles in snow and rain! If I were to ship another vehicle in the future, I would use Ship-a-Car Direct again.
