I've used this company twice and plan to keep using them. They stay in close contact throughout the process. When, this last time, no shipper had taken up my contract two days after my first shipping date, Ship-A-Car-Direct raised the price by $100 and lowered their own commission by $25, making my own increase only $75. I got a bite immediately. So they're trying to give you the lowest price but will make timely adjustments as needed. And they have an easy-to-use app to take comprehensive pictures of your car before you ship.
