Ship a car direct was in touch with me throughout the entire process, reaching out via email and text as well as providing informational videos. Our transport driver was also in constant timely text communication. Our car arrived in original condition and our transport driver was very accommodating and helpful. I was very comfortable at all times with my decision to ship via Ship a car direct. I would unhesitatingly ship with this company again
