We have had 3 cars transported from Ohio to Los Angeles over the years and have always used Ship A Car Direct. They are in excellent in their communication. Scott is available if you need to speak with him directly. They give you both the dispatcher's number as well as the transport driver's number. The one time we had trouble with a driver, Scott immediately took care of it. All our cars have been delivered in a timely fashion and in good condition. We love their advice on how to prepare to ship your car. We highly recommend them!
