I shipped my CRV from CA to NY. They arrived quite early than scheduled. Both, pickup and drop-off was a breeze and fast. I did use their app to capture images before and after shipping. Fortunately, the car was delivered without a scratch. I loved the email communications that showed how much they care about customers and their processes to ensure great delivery.
