I called Renee on Monday at noon, and placed my order immediately. Minutes later, I was told by Renee that she was able to find a carrier on my route. And I was contacted by the driver on Tuesday, scheduled to pick up on Wednesday. I maintained good communication with the driver until my car was picked up on Wednesday. And my car was shipped fast without damage as scheduled.
Renee was so helpful in explaining to me how this industry works. There's no need to look for an actual carrier since it's impossible to find a carrier who happens to have a truck loaded with 6 other cars waiting for you to fill in the last place. And ship a car direct does their job. They connect customers with the right carrier and are professional and efficient. I'm so glad I chose Ship a Car Direct.
