The entire experience was very reassuring. There was sufficient communication and Troy helping me all the time. The Lexus RX was a year old and so I was anxious. Amazingly, the car was picked up on a Monday at 9am and delivered the same week on Friday at noon! The driver was very courteous and gave me confidence that the car was in good hands. The one small improvement would be to be upfront on the cost before the driver was already on his way to pick up the car. Yes, I got a call before the car was picked-up, but it was 10 min before it was to be picked-up. These guys know the business and are professionals. I will have no hesitation in recommending them again.
