Great contacting and updating information in regards to shipment. Had shipped 2 cars but was only given one code so couldn't do the preshipped car inspection for 2 cars. Call the 24 hrs help line was not helpful as it was automated. Price was 100$ more then what was quoted, but still fairly priced compared to the competitors.
