I was buying a car out of state and started to look for shipping companies. Having never shipped a car before I read a lot of reviews online but still found it difficult to differentiate between all the companies. I got a number of quotes and asked what sets you apart from others. Most just sent me a quote and a link to reviews. Eve from Shipacardirect called me to tell me about their company, tools that were available and the follow up they do, it gave me the feeling that I was working with a great company not just someone on the internet with reviews. I had a delay in buying the car for a couple of months, when I was ready to have it shipped I contacted Eve for an updated quote and started the process. Within a couple of days we had a scheduled pickup in Kansas and a window of time to deliver in California. The car was picked up on September 17th with an approximate delivery date of September 25th. I was contacted by a few members of the Shipacardirect team to help with pickup inspection, delivery inspection, offering apps and suggestions to help the process go smoothly. I got a call from the driver the day after he picked up the car, I expected him to say he’d be to me in 5-6 days to my surprise he told me he would be there tomorrow at about 5:00 pm. The next day he called me mid day to tell me he was on track to deliver around 5 based on traffic, true to his word the car was delivered later that day in perfect condition. The entire process was professionally and friendly, Eve and the Shipacardirect team are great, the shipping company that they vetted was great as well.
