I transported my car from the east to west coast and was overwhelmed by the breadth of transport services out there and was constantly inundated with emails and phone calls. Ship a Car sent about two emails, a calm and informative video I can view on my own time, and a representative calmly explained all details to me. I also got a quote before talking with a representative, which I appreciated, rather than having to talk with a rep to get a quote. The car was going to be picked up the day after I requested-it was almost a little too prompt (if that is a flaw! lol) and I had to quickly cancel that request, which I was able to do with Ship a Car direct's 24 hr service. That part was a little frustrating because I wasn't able to get in touch with the particular representative I had been communicating with, and she didn't really return my calls or messages personally, which I understood since she could have been very busy. I was able to set up another pickup date very easily, and the pickup process was very smooth. The driver messaged and called me and clearly coordinated to pickup my car and explained the logistics well. My car came to the west coast in about a week. The whole experience was so much more smoother than I anticipated, and I would use Ship A Car Direct again.
