I got burnt before in a move. This time I was putting my car in the hands of a company that I did not know. I researched a lot of companies and found Shop a Car Direct. This company has strong ratings with over 10k reviews. Once I entered my order, I received full communication from ship a Car Direct, with a full array of videos that answers all questions you may have. Renee contacted me to advise when the car transporter was assigned. The car transporter rep also called me to discuss pick up dates and time. The car was picked up and the car transporter employee was very helpful and lowered some of the anxiety I had. The car transporter employee texted or called me during his route to my new destination. Once car arrives at destination, we arranged for a pick up place. The car was in the same condition as per origin. I will trust Ship a Car Direct with any future engagements.
