Overall I was happy with Ship a Car Direct. They were on time to pick up my car and they actually got it to me sooner than the paperwork and said. That was nice since I could then use my car right away in my new city. The car was in perfect condition - no scratches or dings. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because when the car was picked up the transport driver dropped the keys at some point after he left and called later to ask if we had the keys. In order to get the car off the original transport, since they didn't have the keys, they had to drag it off the truck while it was still in park. We drove around and found the keys on the road the driver had taken, .and he then had to drive back that night to pick them up. I'm not totally happy my car was dragged off the truck with the brake on as that's not really good on the brake system. However, it seems to be fine thankfully.
