The overall service is acceptable: fast communication, safe transit, reasonable price. The lady who was in contact with us made herself available most of the times. Our car arrived safely with no damage. The price was the cheapest we could find. HOWEVER, there are still some flaws with the service. Most importantly, when we booked the service we were given a time window that our car should be shipped. However, our car was shipped a week after the last day of the shipping window. Secondly, with our car shipped late, we had to pay extra for a company to take our order. Lastly, we expected the car to be delivered to us at least near the addresses we requested. But we had to drive for 30min to pick up our car... If you don't care about when you get your car and want to get a cheap price, this is a good choice
