The service I received transporting my vehicle using Ship A Car Direct was superb. I called Ship-A-Car Direct on a Friday morning to have a Honda Civic transported the following Saturday or Sunday from southern CA to northern CA (375 miles). Given that I was arranging for transport with 1 to 2 days notice I wasn't sure it was doable. The representative from Ship-A-Car (John) was professional and explained the entire process to me. Shortly after speaking with John, a carrier (Ford's Transportation Works) called me and I made arrangements with the carrier to have the vehicle transported. At the time I spoke with the carrier I was uncertain of the exact time and day (Sat or Sun) I could meet with him to have the vehicle picked up due my tentative travel plans but he was very flexible. We were able to firm up the specific day/time in a subsequent phone call. The carrier then met me at the agreed upon time/day (Sunday) to pick up the vehicle and dropped off the vehicle on the following Monday at the agreed upon time. I found the vehicle to be in the same condition as it was when I provided it to the carrier. I also found the carrier to be professional and diligent in providing the transportation service. If I ever have to have a vehicle transported in the future I will definitely contact Ship A Car Direct.
