I recently purchased a new VW GTI and was nervous about getting it to my new job location. With only a few minor complications before pick up, the process was generally simple. Communication was excellent throughout the minor issue, my original carrier’s truck broke down before pick up, and Gabe really did what he could to find me another carrier in a short timeline. My second carrier took great care of my car and both pick up and drop off were a breeze. Transport of my vehicle was timely and I could find no damage. I would recommend Ship a Car Direct to anyone nervous about transporting their car for a big move, they will take good care of you!
