Reasonable shipment, came on time for a cross country move. However, I was told that this is a door to door service, which it is not. We had many back and forth conversations with the actual shipping company because they stated that they never ship door to door and my agent should have known that. Transport company used was good, but car is making clicking sounds with the break, so I do not know if something was damaged during the move.
