Ship a car direct was a last minute decision and I couldn’t be any happier that I went with them. I had already chosen a carrier but felt very hesitant because while they had good reviews, the way they answered to their bad reviews wasn’t very professional. So I decided to look one last time and came across Ship a Car Direct on Yelp. I really liked the way the owner answered to both good and bad and that made me feel a lot better in the event that maybe something might go wrong, therefore, I decided to go with Ship a Car Direct. Scott helped me throughout the whole process and he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a timely manner. My car was picked up a day after the three day window but Scott kept in contact with me throughout the whole time and i was also in contact with dispatcher once my car was picked up. My mom was my delivery contact and she said the driver kept in contact with her and my car arrived on time and in perfect condition. I’m so happy that I went with my gut. I will definitely recommend/do business with Ship a Car Direct in the future!
