Having never shipped a car before I was hesitant about the whole process, especially shipping a car clear across the country. I soon found out that there were/are many companies to choose from. However, after speaking with Scott from ShipaCarDirect and looking through their website (with many useful and informative videos) I opted to go with them. Not that I wasn’t inundated with other offers – some higher and many lower. But, their price was fair, and they fully explained the process and answered all of my questions upfront. Once I made my choice ShipaCarDirect took over and the rest was relatively easy. Although there was a slight hiccup with the original transport company, ShipaCar took care of everything and their 24-hour Help Desk was always there to answer any questions. Once scheduled, the car was picked up when promised; treated with TLC by a professional and pleasant driver; and delivered when and where promised (door-to-door) in perfect condition. I was also kept in touch with during the whole time the car was “on the road”. This whole thing couldn’t have gone better, and should the need arise again in the future; I would not hesitate to ship my car again with ShipaCarDirect.
